Receive your order
For ESD licences we email the activation key and installation instructions within 1 business day. BOX products are delivered by courier or parcel locker within 1–3 business days.

Are these genuine licences?
Yes. Every licence we sell is 100% genuine and intended for the EU (EEA) market. We buy only from official Microsoft distributors, so there is no risk regarding legality or activation. Each order includes purchase documents and a VAT invoice — which matters both for private buyers and for companies keeping accounts. Should any question about authenticity ever arise, we will help resolve it.
How quickly will I get my order?
ESD (digital) licences are processed and the activation key with installation instructions is emailed within 1 business day of payment — usually the same day. BOX (physical) products are delivered by courier or to your chosen parcel locker within 1–3 business days, depending on location. For specialist or high-volume orders we agree lead times individually and tell you in advance.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices to both companies and private individuals. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout in the “Company and VAT number” field and we will prepare the invoice together with your order. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure, so no Lithuanian VAT is added. For Lithuanian public institutions we also submit invoices to the SABIS system.
Can I move a licence to another computer?
Yes. Retail (FPP) and ESD licences can be moved to another computer — simply remove the licence from the old device and activate it on the new one. The exception is OEM licences (for example some DVD/DSP editions): they are tied to the motherboard of the first computer and cannot be transferred, which is why they cost less. What payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely through Paysera: by bank transfer via Lithuanian and Baltic banks (Swedbank, SEB and others) or by Visa/Mastercard. We start processing your order as soon as payment is confirmed.
What if the key does not activate?
This is rare, but if activation fails, first check that the key was entered exactly and that you selected the correct edition. If the problem persists, contact us straight away at info@iteca.lt or +370 606 03553. We will help remotely or, if necessary, issue a replacement key. Your purchase is protected.
