Cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us of the cancellation by email at info@iteca.lt, including your order details.

Refunds

We refund no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used, with no additional charge.

Conditions for returns

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging and the software key is unused.
• Electronic (ESD) keys cannot be returned, as they are considered used the moment they are sent.

Return address

The buyer bears the risk and cost of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the receipt. Without proof of purchase or delivery we cannot issue a refund.
