Orders from 10 units qualify for a discount of up to 35%. No minimum monthly volume, no contract and no commitment to purchase a set quantity. Payment is made for the quantity actually purchased.
Partnership terms apply to PC assembly companies, repair and maintenance providers, refurbished hardware resellers and IT service providers throughout Lithuania and the Baltics.
The discount is calculated on the total order value rather than on individual items. Different licence types may be combined within a single order.

A warranty is provided for every licence sold. All licences supplied are genuine, sourced through official channels and accompanied by supporting documentation.
A licence that fails to activate is replaced free of charge. A claim may be submitted by email.
Activation issues are handled directly, without referral to the manufacturer's support service.
Purchase documentation is retained for every batch. Supply chain records are provided on request.
Issued for every order and supplied together with the licence keys. VAT is deductible under standard rules.
Every system built is supplied with an operating system. Licence requirements correspond to monthly production volume and are therefore predictable.
Devices with a damaged COA label or a lost product key require a new licence. Such demand is generally unplanned, which makes delivery time critical.
Dell, HP and Lenovo devices returned from lease require a new licence prior to resale. Purchasing is carried out in batches.
Workstation deployment, system reinstallation after failures and scheduled hardware refresh programmes at client companies.
The required products and an approximate monthly volume are specified.

Licence keys are delivered by email together with the VAT invoice.
