1. General terms of purchase

• We sell genuine Microsoft software licences (ESD — digital, and BOX — physical) intended for the EU market and sourced from official distributors.
• All prices on the site are shown with 21% Lithuanian VAT; the price excluding VAT is also displayed.
• For ESD licences we email the activation key and instructions within 1 business day of payment. BOX products are delivered by courier or parcel locker within 1–3 business days.
• Payments are processed securely through Paysera (banks, Visa/Mastercard).
• Every order comes with purchase documents and a VAT invoice. For public institutions we also submit invoices to the SABIS system.
• By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Privacy policy

Personal data is collected and processed on www.iteca.lt, a website owned by ITECA. We ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

What data we collect

While you browse, technical information (browser, IP address, time zone, cookies) and statistical browsing data are collected automatically. We also process data you provide yourself (name, surname, email, phone, delivery address, company details) when you place an order or enquiry.

Why we collect data

We collect only the data needed to fulfil orders, issue invoices and keep the site running. Statistical data is used for analytics and does not identify individuals.
