How do Windows 11 Home and Pro differ?
Windows Home is aimed at home users and covers everything needed for everyday work. Windows Pro adds business features: BitLocker disk encryption, incoming Remote Desktop, domain join and Hyper-V virtualisation. If you handle company data or connect to a work network, choose Pro.

How do Office and Microsoft 365 differ?
Office (for example Home & Business 2024) is a one-time licence: you pay once and keep using that version indefinitely. Microsoft 365 is an annual subscription that always has the latest version, 1 TB of OneDrive storage, Teams and Copilot.

Which editions include Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft Teams is included in every Microsoft 365 subscription (Single, Family, Business Standard). One-time Office editions do not include Teams, but the free app can be downloaded separately.

Do the licences work on Mac?
Yes. Office Home & Business and Microsoft 365 run on both Windows and Mac. Each product description states which system it is for — if you are unsure, write to us and we will confirm.
Do you offer discounts for companies or larger volumes?
Yes. We apply individual pricing from 5 licences upwards. Tell us how many licences you need and of which type, and we will prepare a quote. We work regularly with companies, IT service providers and public institutions.
Can I return a product?
A physical (BOX) product can be returned within 30 days if the packaging is undamaged and the licence key is unused. Electronic (ESD) keys cannot be returned, as they are considered used the moment they are sent.

Which countries do you ship to?
We operate in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. ESD licences reach anyone by email, and BOX products are delivered by courier or parcel locker. EU companies with a valid VAT number can be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure — please contact us before ordering.
